The Fund relies on private investment, whether from individuals or businesses, to provide the capital which it then lends and offers a truly ‘social investment’:

Investments are made for five years

The Fund is permanent, commercially selfsustaining and expects to repay investments when they mature

The Fund is accredited by the DTI to offer Community Investment Tax Relief

Investors benefit from a 5%pa tax credit (equivalent to 8.33% pre-tax for an individual)

Your investment will benefit some of London's most disadvantaged individuals

The Fund has a unique design to minimise the risk to investors
