Loans for small and growing businesses

If you are based within Greater London and are looking for finance to help you start or grow a business or social enterprise but have not been unsuccessful with your bank, the Wholesale Loan Fund can introduce you to a local loan fund.

Typically, the local loan fund will be able to offer you loans of up to £7,500 for starting a business and up to £20,000 for growing an existing business.

Larger loans

Two new types of loans are available directly through the Wholesale Loan Fund:

Small business loans

If you are a growing business you are able to access up to £75,000 to continue your expansion plans. This is much larger than any loan you will be able to access through a local loan fund.

If you run a not-for-profit organisation and are seeking a property-backed loan then you are able to access up to £250,000

For all other businesses property-backed loans of up to £100,000 are available.
