A loan alternative for London businesses and Community Development Finance Instituations…

Increasingly, London residents see starting or growing a business as a means to generate wealth but raising finance can be a major hurdle. This may be because they have no financial track record, a poor credit history, no security or recently, because of bank’s inability to lend.

To meet this growing demand London Business Loans provides finance to local council and charity funds that are in need of lending capital.

Larger businesses who are having trouble accessing finance can borrow from the fund directly. Our aim is to support business in London and we often do this in partnership with commercial banks, providing the additional funds required on top up the bank's lending.

The range of companies supported …

With loans ranging from just £5,000 all the way up to £250,000, borrowers to date have included enterprises and not-for-profit companies in fields as varied as clothing and medical products as well as children's entertainment .
